REFUND POLICY
Order cancelation & refunds:
If you wish to cancel your order, contact DR DHT within 24 hours of placing your order, OR before it is shipped out. Once it has shipped, we can not process a refund.
General Refunds:
Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis. Contact DR DHT if you believe you should be refunded.
Subscriptions:
You must contact DR DHT at LEAST 24 hours before your reoccurring subscriptions rolls over in order to cancel said upcoming subscription order. If you cancel a subscription after, or on, it's roll-over date, then that order will still be billed, and shipped out. While any reoccurring subscriptions will cease from there on out.
It is recommended that you contact DR DHT 48 hours (or more) ahead of your next subscriptions roll-over date, in order to ensure it is cancelled before you are billed again.
Order not received:
Contact DR DHT if you did not receive your order. We can then resend it, or resend it using a different shipper such as UPS or FedEx. We do not give refunds for orders not received due to mail carrier mistakes, or address mistakes on the customers part (typos/forgotten apartment etc), however, we can reship your order to ensure it arrives to you this time around. We do everything in our power to make sure it arrives to you. Contact us if there are ever any issues, and we will get it solved!
Order arrived broken:
With glass bottles, and how some USPS workers treat packages, occasionally they arrive broken. Contact DR DHT and send a photo so we can send you a replacement asap.
Refund abuse will not be tolerated.
